Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask for your understanding of the following cancellation and no-show policy, which allows us to care for every client fairly.

  • If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
  • For rescheduling, we kindly request 72 hours’ notice.
  • If you miss the cancellation window, we’ll need to charge 50% of the service cost to cover the time we’ve set aside for you.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, or change to a service of lesser value without prior communication, we will charge you the full cost of your booked appointment.
